The agreement

Placing an order on this store is an offer to purchase at the displayed USD price. We may decline an order for
stock, pricing or verification reasons and refund in full whenever we do. Product images are indicative;
specifications are those listed on each product page.

By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the delivery address is in the
United States – we ship to the 50 states and DC only at launch.

Prices, tax and payment

All prices are in USD and include no hidden currency conversion. Card payments settle through our Payoneer
merchant account with 3-D Secure; Wise transfers in USD, GBP or EUR are accepted as an alternative and the order
ships once the transfer clears. Tax, where applicable, is calculated at payment.

Shipping is free on orders of $50.00 or more; smaller orders carry a flat $6.95 fee – both shown
in the cart before you pay.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm ET dispatch within 1-2 business days; standard US delivery takes
3-6 business days with tracking emailed at label creation. Full detail lives in the

Returns and refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to
the original payment method within 5-7 business days of arrival. The complete rules, including who pays return

Warranty

Every mat carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.
What is and is not covered, and how to claim, is written out in the
warranty terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have
under applicable consumer law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount
you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses – loss of use, meals spoiled
while a mat is in transit, or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be
excluded, including harm caused by a defective product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state of our registered entity as shown on the
business verification page, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules. If a dispute arises, email support first – the vast majority of issues resolve there before anything else
is needed.

Changes to these terms

The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it appears. Terms shown at
checkout together with your order confirmation are the ones that govern that purchase.
